In the summer of 2024, while helping launch Goodnotes Classroom, I also worked on a market research project focused on evaluating the U.S. market opportunity and risks for a product still in development.
Although I can’t share details about the product itself, the project gave me the chance to take a holistic approach to market research. I conducted extensive desk research, built financial and data analyses, ran competitor benchmarking, and interviewed users across different demographics. The findings were presented to the product team to help guide decision-making and shape the product’s ongoing development.
This experience sharpened my ability to combine quantitative analysis with user insights, providing not just research but actionable recommendations. I’d be happy to share more about the methodology I used for this project if you're interested!
